When you call the USCIS ask to speak to immigration officer and they have the tools to find what is going on. And about the mail you should go to your local post office notifying them that you live in that address so you can receive mail from the the USCIS but i think the problem is not a mailing one it might be an address mistake in your file so make sure when you speak to an officer check with him/or her the address they have in your file.

Thank you for the answer ,I'll ask for an immigration officer tomorrow.I don't think there's a mistake in my file because I've been receiving mail from USCIS for all my biometrics appointments. So,I don't understand. I went to the post office, to make sure everything was fine with the address and there was no problem.
      I feel so desperate.

You should write a letter explaining to them that you did not get the letter and that you are at the same address, mail it to the office having jurisdiction in yout state, my niece had the same problem with her replacement card she was checking her case status online and it said that her mail was sent back because it was undeliverable, she is still at the same address never moved, there is a lot of cases now with un-deliverable mails , i do not know what is going on, anyhow we wrote a letter explaining she nver got the mail and is now awaiting a rply from them.

          same with you

my RFE was lost in mail too that cause my whole application to be denied. I tried to write in complaint section of BCIS,went to LA to speak with an officer who gave me fax no.,called customer service who always have the same answer. They responded 3-4 months, unfortunately all my files got expired before they respond then the denial reason for me was "because I was late" which in fact "they" were.so, i ended up in re filing.

            Undeliverable mail

After having called the uscis customers line ,4 times without any help, they kept saying i have to wait for 30 days and they will send back the I-485 notice, now it's been 3 months and nothing in the mail.So ,I decided to write an email to CSC with not much hope because I was not even sure they're the ones handling my case, they answered 10 days later, and told me that my case is in Phoenix local district and that I have to contact them for further information on my case,I am happy to discover that at least it's somewhere and that they were able to locate it.During the 10 days of waiting for an answer from the CSC, I wrote a letter to MSC,to the Arizona Senator,to Ombudsman, because this wait is really driving me crazy.I guess they are all going to answer me,I sent the mail yesterday not knowing the CSC will answer today.I believe the mail that cannot be delivered to me is my interview letter. It's so strange,I've not changed my address, I even received my EAD card later on but not the I-485 mail. It's so frustrating.I tried to take an infopass appointment in Phoenix, the only available date is april 28,i hope it won't be too late for me. If only I could drive,I'll go there and wait all day to see an immigration officer before that date.My husband, the US citizen doesn't understand how stressful it is,he thinks I exxagerate .It is thanks to your help on this forum that I proceed my aos journey, thanks to your infos otherwise i'll be lost because my husband doesn't care,he thinks once you're married you just have to sit and the green card will come,i tried to explain to him that you have to be awake and look after your case if not ,you'll find yourself in the middle of a deportation process without knowing what took you there.I feel lonely in this journey, I'm glad you forum members are there to assist me.I'll let you know what happened.
sorry if i was too long,I needed to talk.I feel very frustrated tonight
