No text, call, email, I-797 after filing

Hi guys!
I filed i-485, i-130 which was mailed to Chicago Lockbox on 11/25/2016, from the tracking number, it was delivered on 11/27/2016. Till today, no i-797 which is the receipt of notice of action received, neither text, email, call. Am a kind of getting worried with this issue. Although, I tried calling uscis, they told me to send an email to lockbox with the list of forms I filed and my other information . Meanwhile, have not heard from the lockbox.
Please, what will I do.I need suggestions and advice guys.

USCIS USUALLY takes about 2 weeks to notify you via email, text, and or mail with any notice. I remember I was freaking out when I mailed mine and hadn't heard anything in like 15 or so days. So I called to see what the status was; the kind officer mentioned to me that he was not able to pull up anything under my name and information I provided but that didn't mean that I wasn't in the system. He stated that it takes up to 30 days for the information to be in the system and to call back should I truly not hear anything back after day 30. Thankfully, I received the notifications on day 20. Therefore, have plenty of patience because this is JUST the BEGINNING of this whole process and patience is key and tested throughout it all. I'm still not finished with mine and my patience and hope have been truly tested.

Don't worry. Same thing happened to me. We filled the forms on Nov 17 and I got emails and texts until Dec 5 (around 11:00 pm which was weird) So based on your dates, you should hear from them next week and I'm still waiting for the receipt notice on the mail.
