Hi everyone,
I really some advices for my situation. So I have met my husband back in 2013, got married last year Jan 2015. Apply for AOS / PD: April 2016.
I'm about to finish my associate degree in Spring 2017 ( currently F1 status). I have received my EAD and Travel card ( apply together with my AOS) back in July 2016.
My plan is to maintain my status because seems like you never know what is going to happen. My question is:
- Can I apply to OPT while waiting for my interview? I asked my DSO, one of them said Yes, other have no clue.
