Time Frames for i485 Approval for EB5 Case

Dear All,

I have filed an I485 for me and my family based on an approval of EB5 ( investors Visa)

Following is the status of my I485 in Houston

Priority date 7th April 2014
Filed i485 12 Sept 2016
Recd 14th Sept 2016
Accepted 23rd Oct 2016
Chq Cashed 4th Nov 2016
Biometrics done 1st Dec 2016
Case Transferred to California - 17th November 2016 due to too many cases in Houston

As my case DOES NOT REQUIRE an interview

My questions are :

1) Since I am an EB5 approval - how long does my Green card take after the Biometrics, my lawyer was of the opnion that NOT to file an i131 / i765 as the Green Card will come faster
2) My case transferred to California - Reason given - To Process the case faster

Any know what are the time frames involved..

Will appreciate any advise
