  • Green Card for my mother and unmarried brother

I am currently green card holder and next year after June 2017 I will be eligible for USA citizenship. I have my unmarried brother age 22 and mother in India, I want to know the quickest ways to bring them here to live with me permanently. They both are B1 visa holders.

    1. Applying Green card for Mother and then Mother applies green card for brother.
    2. Brother come to USA and does change of status from B1 to F1.

    Thanks in Advance.

Did you find the answer to your questions? I am a permanent resident and will have my oath cermony sometime in january, 2017. I am currently 28. I only have my mom and 2 younger brothers. one is 23 and one is 17. My brother of 23 years old is already here in a F1 visa. the way i am going about it is first apply for green card for my mom. and then through my mom's green card apply for my 2 brothers. Please let me know if you have the same approach.
