  • Immigration Medical Validity

    EB2-Nebraska

"Starting June 1, 2014, USCIS will limit the validity period for all Forms I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, to one year from the date of submission to USCIS."

Our I-485 and medicals were received by the USCIS October 3, 2016.
We did our medicals October 12, 2015 (medicals are only valid one year)

Our I-485 is still pending. Are the medicals still considered valid until October 2, 2017 (one year from the date of submission to USCIS)?

Please help me clarify my understanding. Is there anyone out there who has a similar situation but still get approved without RFE?

    Thank you.

USCIS has put a 1 year expiration on all physicals performed by Civil surgeons!
In all liklyhood you will be asked when the interview is scheduled to bring a new I-693
