I had my interview in Chicago on December 20 I-485

The officer she was nice she start ask us about our marriage simple question everything went very well

Then she say it's look I'm gonna approved it

Then she take my I-94 from my passport with no stamp in my passport

And she make a copy for all my documents

And she say I'm gonna look to your file again later
And she say check ur status today or tomorrow if still no new that's mean I need some documents from u and I'm gonna send u a mail

My interview was on 20 December

Today on 22 December my new car is being produced

Congrats! I'm quite upset, but happy for you! We had our interview on January 7th 2016 in Chicago, your interview ended the same exact way ours did (I wouldn't be surprised if it was the same lady) and we are still waiting and can never get an answer on what's going on! Quite irritated to say the least. However, its good to know the interviews in Chicago do result in some progress!

Congrats on your GC! It would be really helpful if you could share your PD date to have an idea how long is the waiting time between the "case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" to the actual interview date!
