Trump & VAWA-based Green Card Application
I'm a domestic violence victim and trying to get a Green Card as a battered spouse of U.S. Citizen. I have submitted my I-360 and got a "prima facie" determination notice, but I'm very worried about Donald Trump's immigration reform... Will his plan affect my Green Card application?
