Hi,
I have been married for 3 years (SSM) and my wife is a US citizen we has our Green card interview scheduled on 01/25/2017. I'm nervous as well as excited but the thing is me and my wife has been argued a lots lately so if we can't hold it how long can we get divorce after I have green card (oh god I hope)? I heard someone said that you have to wait a year to get divorce but I couldn't find that kind of information anywhere.
P/s: We are in Houston
