Hi,
I know it is still unclear on what to expect and he his set his sights on the H1B but does anybody know if I will have any issues with EB1C ? I have been on an L1A for just over 3yrs and my employer are happy to proceed with the EB1C. It will take a couple of weeks to put it all together so looking at late Jan/Feb before everything is submitted and for the lawyer to submit the paperwork.
I read a lot of stories about what may happen so looking for advice from anybody on this .
