Adjustment of status

So I did my interview on November 30, 2016 and everything went smooth except the medical documents from the doctor, it turns out that not all the pages had been filled out by the doctor, so the person who interviewed us instructed us to go back to the doctor and have him fill it out she said the good news is that she could approve the I-130 that day. She gave us a cover page with a “A number” and her name and instructed us to put it on top of the sealed medical documents and mail it back to her at the USCIS location where we did the interview before Dec 30, 2016 and she would proceed with the case and within 2 weeks after proceeding with the case I should have my GC in the mail. I haven’t gotten any form of update as of yet. I tracked the package and it say it was delivered on Dec 6 but I haven’t gotten any form of update that they have proceeded with the case. And even though she said she would update the i-130 when I check the online status it still has the old status nothing hasn’t changed. So should I be concerned I should just relaxed and wait?

What field office was your interview held? I think you should be fine as she gave you information going forward. Just exercise a little patience and you should have your GC
