  • AOS interview

    Hey guys,
so i am preparing for my AOS interview and i have a really quick questions.
1.Do i have to go to the interview with a copy of my sponsor's federal income tax returns, W-2's and pay stubs? I submitted all these documents when i was filing my papers and they were all accepted. I didn't receive any RFE (My wife is my sponsor). I am not sure if i have to go to the interview with these documents since i already submitted them.
    2. My medical examination form I-693 is expired, last month. Should i go ahead to do another one and take it along with me to the interview or should i just go to the interview and hear what the IO will say?

    Thanks in advance.

      1. You should always bring originals of anything you submitted photocopies of.
      2. not sure

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.

        1. Please take with you to the interview original copies of the documents you sent with your initial applications.
        2. I will advise if it is possible go ahead and do another medical and if it is not needed by the office that will not stop the approval of your petition.

This is not a legal advice.

              Happy New Year Jay,
This is what I prepared for my interview:
Purchases a 3 ring binder with clear page protector
Inserted my approved I-130 petition (Original)
              Inserted our marriage certificate (Original)
" my German translated Birth Certificate (Original)
              " my spouses Maine " " "
" my Canadian Citizenship Certificate "

and so on, the key word is all my originals.
