We submitted our documents (1-485, I-130, I-131, I-765) on December 21 via FedEx to this address.

    USCIS
    Attn: FBAS
    131 South Dearborn - 3rd Floor
    Chicago, IL 60603-5517

As per FedEx, it was delivered on December 23 at 11am.

After that, we still haven't hear any from USCIS. Should we worry?

PS: We filled up the G-1145.

    Thank you!

There's nothing to worry about. Sometimes Lockbox is backlogged and it's also the holiday season! I had to wait over two weeks to get a notification. Hang in there!

It takes nothing less than 10 days for them to contact you with the receipt number through your phone and email mail address you provided and take another just fewe days for you to get the copy of formy 797 in the mail. So you need not to worry about anything as of right now.

It does take about a week or so until you see the check cashed. They did put that the new amount should be included on and/or after the 23rd of Dec. The worst that can happen, they'll return the application for the new amount.

So, if you're postmarked Dec 21, you should be good. Here's what it says: Applications and petitions postmarked or filed on or after December 23, 2016, must include these new fees or USCIS will reject your submission. https://www.uscis.gov/us-visa-and-im...forms/our-fees

              Hope that helps.
