My Lawyer made a small mistake in the I485. the father's first name has been mentioned as the Sir name ( but its correct every where else ). will this cause RFE ?

1. my middle name in birth certificate is mentioned as an initial. Eg - consider my name is peter ( first name ) Robin jackson ( last name ). in Birth certificate is mentioned as R Peter Robinson. here Robin is my father's name. Will this cause any issue ? Do i need any affidavits ?
