  • Supporting documents for Form I-130

Happy New Year everyone! It will be a great and good year for us all with less stress from USCIS.

Please what does USCIS mean by including "copy of all Immigrant Visas in the last year?"
Does it mean copies of all your immigrant visas to the US or the most recent?
What happens if you have misplaced an old passport that contain some of these visas and you don't have access to them again?

    Thanks for your answers

Any visa that were used to enter the U.S. would be appropriate to respond to this evidence request.

Yes, copy of the most recent should be enough, UNLESS A PRIOR VISA HAD A CONDITION THAT YOU WOULD HAVE TO REMAIN OUTSIDE THE U.S. UPON COMPLETION OF SPECIFIC VISA REQUIREMENTS, I.E., J1 WITH THE -YEAR OUTSIDE U.S. STIPULATION.

The I-130 doesn't require anything related to your visa. Maybe you are referring to I-485? The I-485 instructions say to include a copy of the passport page with the nonimmigrant visa if you obtained a nonimmigrant visa within the last year.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.
