    Hi,
I came to the US as a student but overstayed my visa. I got married a few months ago and now my spouse is submitting a Form I-130 for me.

My problem is in Section C question 15 they ask for my Employer's Address. I have been working illegally using a manufactured driver's license. If I enter my current employer's information will that cause issues? Form G-325A also asks for my employment for the past 5 years. What should I do?

Secondly, on Form !-130 it asked for our Section C question 21 it asks for our last address at which we lived together. We only moved in after our marriage so we don't have any former addresses together.

Lastly Form I-485 asks for my A number and non-immigrant visa number but my passport was lost years ago. What should I put on the form?

I'm assuming your spouse is a US citizen? as you are filing I-130 and I-485 together

You must answer truthfully any questions that are asked. Illegal employment by itself has no effect on your Adjustment of Status. Hopefully you have filed taxes to report your income every year. However, if you have ever falsely claimed to be a US citizen, that would be very bad and would cause a lifetime ban. Using a **** driver's license may be a crime under local law; whether that could affect immigration depends on the exact criminal statute.

Your current address is the last address where you lived together.

You don't have an A number yet. Put none. If you don't have a copy of your visa, just put something like "(unknown - lost)". You need to include a copy of your I-94 as proof of legal entry.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.
