Adjustment of Status or Consular Processing?
Hello guys,
My husband and I got married back in September. I am an US citizen and he is on a F1 student visa. My husband has been out of school and his F1 is currently D/S (duration of stay). We would like to know if it's easier to file AOS in the states or if he should visit his home country and file through consular processing instead. We want a less stressful process. We are currently living in Houston, and it seems to me that the process for AOS is much slower here in Texas :/
