RFE is as follows-
Submit a copy of the original birth certificate for applicant. The birth certificate must be issued by the government agency authorized to issue the document. The birth certificate must sohw timely registratoin, date and place of birth, and parent's names.
If the birth certificate is not available, you must sumit a letter form the government agency authorized to issue the birth certificate statis this. Only with this letter can we accept other evidence in place of the birth certificate. Such evidence includes, but is not limited to:
Early medical records
early school records
early religious records, and /or
two or more affidavits.
If you submit affidavits they must have details on the birth, such as teh date and place of birth, the name of the child, the names of both parents, and other related facts. Also, the person giving the affidavit must provide his or her name, date of birth, address, and how he or she became aware of the details about the birth.
