Period of Stay for H4 Dependents for Concurrent file for Green Card

I am in H1b for 2 years in US and planning to file for GC. My husband has a H4 and in India since last 1.5 years. How long should he be here in US if we have to file Adjustment of Status through Concurrent filing?

No requirement regarding stay for AOS filing. However, for AOS filing, all the applicants should be in the US, and after filing should not leave until the reciept of Advanced Parole.
