Couple of question I-765

Hello,
I will be filling I-765 along with I-485 and I-130 form. FYI - I currently have a valid H1-B visa and reside and work in US.

I would appreciate if you can help me to clarify certain questions on the form:

a. Under the question - "I am applying for: ", I choose option - "Renewal of my permission to accept employment" . Is that correct? Or I should select "Permission to accept employment" option?

b. Under question 16 - Eligilibility Category, I am entering (c) (9) eligilibility criteria. Is that accurate?

Now onto a question on I-485 form - "Where would like to schedule your USCIS GC interivew", are there any restricitions on place which I can choose to have my interview at? For example, if I reside in Texas, do I have to schedule interview in Texas or can I schedule my interview in NY?

Hi, Can you tell me which part of I-485 asking you to schedule interview? I cannot find it. In I-130 form only there is a question about interview but i cannot find for I-485. Please let me know because I am also applying

Hi I was also under opt and and applied to employment before and then went back to school. So I chose renewal of my permission to accept employment . So it would be permission to accept or renewal?

Okay. The civil surgeon in filling my I693 form wrote the 9 digit uscis number on the EAD card as A-number, because I gave the doctor my EAD card as a proof of photo id document.So is it okay if I write none in other forms but i -693 form contains that number because it is sealed I cannot change it.

Also I dont know what to do for i-693, the civil surgeon entered the 9 didgist ead card no as The A number in the form. Do you think the application will get rejected?? be cause the number maynot be A number but it is USCIS number on my EAD card. What did you do for yours?

I have applied to immigration before and got EAD card with a 9 digit number on it.

looks like you did concurrent filing. Did you send i864 too with i130, i485 & i765?

I have not sent all documents yet. But yes, I am going to file I-864 and also I864A (USC income is over the required limit however, I want to give them additional info).
