Houston Field Office (i-130, i-485, i-765)

Hello, everyone

I am sure my question is gonna be very similar to some of the other one's posted here. Sorry in advance if I am being repetitive I am just a bit concern.

I filed my I-130, I-485, I-765 through my spouse who's a citizen on June 30 and my priority date is July 7. The last thing I received was my EAD in Sep so I am just waiting on my interview correct? or is there something else that I need to get before than.

Yup, like the other person said. You are at a waiting point. I'm from Houston myself too and I applied April 2016 and am still waiting for my interview; my status changed to waiting on interview to be scheduled since the end of July 2016. Hopefully, our office location picks up speed and we won't be waiting for long. Currently the Houston office is processing January 2016 applications.

That's what I figured. I also had a lawyer filed them for me I was afraid I would submit something incorrectly. I'll keep you guys updated if anything changes.

Sorry, I didn't answer quicker. I didn't submit an I-864 I am currently under DACA so I already have a social so together with my husbands work we made enough income to where an I-864 wasn't required.
