Hey Guys,
I have a quick question. I have sent out my application I-485 together with the I-130, I-131, I-864, I-693, G325 and I-765 Application. I was previously issued the EAD card and I have submitted the I-765 Application for renewal of my work authorization (from OPT to Green Card). However, I forgot to attach the copy of my old EAD card to the I-765 application, instead I attached the old I-797 receipt notice. Do you think this could be a problem? I have sent out all applications with the supporting documents in one envelope. For other applications I have attached a copy of my old EAD card but I forgot to do it for I-765. Please advise.
