Hi,
My Priority Date is Sept 2008. I had initially filed the Greencard in EB3(India)*category, which was later ported to EB2 in 2013. My Priority date was current in Feb last year, as a result of which my GC arrived in Mar 2016. However because my husband applied as a dependent, he got his EAD and AP was processed, but his GC is still pending. I do understand the priority dates for EB2 I are 15 Apr 2008, but for spouse, isint the visa number allocated together with the main applicant. I donot understand the reason for the delay, and our current attorney is not helping us either.*
*Can someone please guide us on next steps?
