Question about I-131

Hello, if my husband currently lives in the US (from CA) do we need to fill out I-131 with his I-485 package? Thanks in advance!

It is not required, but it is recommended to file I-765 for EAD and I-131 for AP as they are free to apply for, so there is no downside to applying for them. You don't need to use them if you get them, but it's good to have the option to use them in case something urgent comes up.
