I'm on a same boat. Someone replied to me yesterday that their check has been cashed in the morning but he/she still hasn't received the notification yet. His/her package was delivered on the 22nd. Did you check your bank account? I haven't seen anything on mine yet.

Hi! I checked the bank account and USCIS already withdraw the money. Does that mean we are going to receive a Notice of Action anytime soon even they didn't send us text/email of acceptance?

You should be expecting it soon. I know that's the case when I filed.
