No answer yet from USCIS

Hello everyone,

So I sent my husband's AOS package on December 30, 2016 through standard mail to the Chicago Lockbox and I still haven't heard anything from them. He is here on a K-1 visa and we married Nov. 4, 2016, he arrived Oct. 22,2016. We did and sent everything in time. BUT its about to expired on 01/20/2017 so I'm nervous because I'm not sure if they received our package yet and no checks have been cashed either. Should I be concern and its anyone going through the same thing?

No, you should not be concerned. It takes weeks for the paper receipt to come in the mail. Plus it makes no difference if it is filed before or after his status expires.

My package was delivered (Chicago Lockbox) December 30 too.
And I still waiting the notifications.
