Concurrent Filing i-130, i-485 HELP!!!!
Hi, I sent my concurrent filing to the Chicago lockbox USCIS P.O. Box 805887 Chicago, IL 60680-4120 last Dec.29, 2016 with the return sender and I tracked it online it said delivered Jan. 2, 2017 but I haven't received the return sender yet or have heard anything from the USCIS. I was wondering if the process of them going through it or before I could hear from them takes more than a week? I am getting worried if they ever got it because there are 2 checks attached inside. PLEASE HELP!

This is good info. I sent my concurrent I-130, I-485 package on 1/13/17. It reached Chicago drop box on 1/15/17. I was hoping to hear a notification in 2-3 days but from the look of it, it takes ~20 days now.Originally posted by Olly View PostComment

I am sorry to hijack someone else's thread but I have posted my question twice and the site moderator won't post it. My step daughter is in the US on a tourist Visa. She used to be a green card holder but lost it due to some weird USCIS screwup. Do I filed a joint I-130 and I-485 or just i-130.
