Hello ALL

I got my EAD card in November 2016 and still waiting for my green card to be approved (EB-3). My sponsor company is not willing to hire me until I got my Green Card arrives. Can I use with my EAD card work for other companies until I got my Green Card

Does this effect the decision of USCIS since I am not working for my sponsor company? I am at California right now and my sponsor company is in East Coast.

A company may not prevent you from working on an EAD.. unless they show a valid reason, such as working on sensitive national security matters for example.
You are fully authorized to be employed on an EAD, alongwith an SSN.
