  • Age gap Red flag

I am a 21 years old and I have met my husband two years ago in my home country which happens to be his home country as well . The thing is my husband is 36 years older than me but this doesn't affect our relationship because we are madly in love ! but I have heard that the age gap is a red flag and might automatically mean a rejection from the immigration is that correct ?

Not an automatic rejection, but certainly closer scrutiny and likely an extended interview.
Depends on the country and on how common such age dissimilarities are in that country.

that's fine, it doesnt matter as long as the marriage is real. I know someone who is 28 and married a guy of 42 years and got approved.

28 and 42 seems significantly more real than 21 and 57!

yes but if the marriage is real i dont think it will be a problem. if the person has enough proof then he/she has nothing to worry
