I am a 21 years old and I have met my husband two years ago in my home country which happens to be his home country as well . The thing is my husband is 36 years older than me but this doesn't affect our relationship because we are madly in love ! but I have heard that the age gap is a red flag and might automatically mean a rejection from the immigration is that correct ?

Not an automatic rejection, but certainly closer scrutiny and likely an extended interview.
Depends on the country and on how common such age dissimilarities are in that country. -
that's fine, it doesnt matter as long as the marriage is real. I know someone who is 28 and married a guy of 42 years and got approved.Comment
