Question about criminal record
Hello all,
I filed last year in September and have done my biometrics and received my EAD. My case is now ready to be scheduled for an interview. I have a quick question regarding criminal records? I got a ticket for possession of *********, a small amount less that 2 grams. I got a lawyer for my case and they have offered me a plea deal, which will have me be on probation for 12 months and I have to complete community service and a substance abuse evaluation. I was wondering if anyone has filled with a criminal record and the results of your case? Will taking this deal have a bearing on my case being denied ? I know it was stupid, it was a very small amount and I am freaking out. Will this automatically stop be from being accepted? I have read that it could be an issue or not. Can y
