Asylee Adjusting Status I-485

Hi everyone. I am newly registered here but I have been reading some threads here for some time. Very helpful! Thank you so much!

I am an asylee and currently adjusting status (I-485).

Here is my timeline for I-485:

11-28-2016: Submitted application to Adjust Status
12-01-2016: USCIS received application
12-12-2016: Receipt Notice Received in the mail
01-09-2017: Notice for Biometrics Received

01-09-2017: Traveled to Europe using a Refugee Travel Document
01-16-2017: Returned to USA through NYC, very smooth entry at the Immigration (less than 15 minutes with secondary inspection)

01-20-2017: Biometrics done

Will wait for the next, I hope there would no any problem.


Here is my timeline for my asylum by the way:

01-12-2015: Applied for Asylum
07-15-2015: Applied for work permit after 150 days
08-10-2015: Received work permit valid for 1 year
11-2015: Interview with Asylum Officer
11-27-2015: Asylum Granted
12-09-2015: Received Asylum Approval Letter
12-22-2015: Received new work permit valid for 2 years

My green card based on asylum has been approved on April 11, 2017.
