Adjustment of status from F1 visa to green card

I have posted several questions on this website and I'll appreciate it if someone answers this one as well.
Can you tell me which forms do you need for changing your F1 visa to green card. I think I forgot to include form I-130 and i need to know if it was required.

If an LPR or citizen is sponsoring family, yes one would need an I-130.
