Hi,


I am married to US Citizen and had applied for Permanent Residence but received a "Rejection Notice" because following were missing or incorrect:

1.) In the Form I-485, Part 2. (Application Type) Which Options should I choose ?
2.)In the Form I-795. Question No. 16. Eligibility Category. I had written (a) (9). And USCIS said it incorrect. So, what would be the correct one.

If anyone could help me with this one I would really appreciate.

What status are in US currently? F1 or Vistor or Temp Worker?? People will only be able to help if you can provide that information.
