help please , my request for evidence has been received
Hello, I'm a soldier in Us Army sponsor for my parents who live and currently in the U.S now, they request evidence for both my parents already but my mom twice and they have received their EAD and travel documents already. but the status have not change online since DEc 5 2016 still say request for evidenced was received but it doesn't switched to case is ready to scheduled for interview for both. we are filing is in Houston and PD is : Aug 11 2016. Anyone is Houston has the same problem ?
