I see the times for Houston haven't changed they are still in January 18

we all know this isn't the most accurate timeline but i'm curious about how they get these dates? do they know they aren't consistent?
For example: the MSC where it processes EAD said it's working on cases on Sep 11th 2016. My EAD app was accepted in Sept 26th and it's been approved already. It'll be interesting to know. Just a small tip too, don't take these too seriously
