How long does it take once you submit the case to immigration court after I 130 is approved?
I entered US illegally and applied for asylum 15 years ago and was given a deportation order. I have stayed in the country since and now have three kids who are US citizen and a wife who is a permanent resident. I have an attorney however she says she does not know how long the wait might be.
