  • Please, double check my AOS Checklist (I-485 & I-130)

Hi everybody, I'm planning to submit my AOS package soon. I got married in December, we were engaged for a year and dated for 2y before that. I am a PhD student, legal (although my visa is expired, my I-20 is current and my I-94 shows D/S)

    Thank you!

But it's free and there is no downside. You never know what unexpected things may happen. If you get it, you don't have to use it, but have it just in case.
