Hello Everyone.
Thanks for your help and advice in advance.
My mother's I-485 Adjustment has been declined over an year ago for what they call a fraud due to misrepresentation during the interview, and or application (although this misrepresentation they call was totally unintended during the interview due to miscommunication or misinterpretation). There was no reason for my mother to misrepresent herself as she and I both knew that all the information about her was out there with USCIS, ICE. All she did was try to comply as best as possible through the interpreter.
Prior to getting the interview, my mother had her prior deportation order administratively closed and has been going into ICE as instructed under the order of supervision.
She is due back to ICE office in for her check in under the order of supervision next month and now with Trump's executive orders on deportation in full effect, we're very worried that she may be detained and deported on her visit.
What is the likelihood of this scenario of detention and immediate deportation? Should we expect the worst? Could she just be told to report back on certain date under the supervision order?
Thanks so much.
