All, I wanted to share our experience with Adjustment of Status. Maybe it will help someone.

The Lawyer submitted the following documents for our case:

Interview:
We had our interview at the Fairfax, VA office. The interview was pretty straightforward. The officer was super nice. He looked at the original copies of my husbands documents and my drivers license. He asked us some questions from our applications for examples names, dob, address, ssn, parents names, place of birth etc. He then asked us in detail how we met and we explained the whole timeline and why we decided to get married. He asked specific questions so my husband and I took turns answering the questions or completing the other person's story. I also showed him our photo album, which had our civil ceremony and Religious/Reception ceremony pictures. When he was looking at the photos he occasionally asked us who the people were. After that the officer asked us if we wanted to share any more information because I think he saw my big binder I had bought. I came really prepared haha. I gave him a copy of our health insurance card and joint bank account that we had together. After that he told us he was approving my husband for a conditional GC (2yr) and we should receive it in a few weeks. I got so excited I forgot to listen to the rest of the stuff he said. lol.
Now we are waiting for his GC to come in the mail and meanwhile my husband is using his EAD.
I would highly recommend getting a lawyer so they can make sure all the papers are in order and you don't receive a RFE.
GOOD LUCK Everyone :-)
