Please Help! Pending AOS since May 2016

I live in NYC. I submitted my documents on Feb 2016 (marriage based green card) and I got combo card on May 2016.

Case status has been saying "ready to be scheduled for an interview" since April 2016.

I called and emailed twice on November 2016 but all I can hear was just wait.

It's been a year.. I'm so worried that if something is missing or going wrong. Please Help me....

Is anyone going through the same thing?

I tried to make an appointment for Infopass but it's always booked in 14 days. Can I just walk in Infopass?

Please let me know if anyone has gone thru same thing or any idea.. Thank you!

Everytime I Call they said I would have to wait...

Its been Saying " my case is ready to schedule an interview since August..

I'm from New York also and I'm waiting since June, submitted SR in January not answer either, received an email that there's a backlog in NY office and they are working February 2016 cases so I guess you should receive you interview letter anytime soon I have a couple o more months to wait.

Our family is going through the same thing. Interview went well on 11-29-2016. And no updates ever since. We went to the office in Long Island
