You should check the USCIS bulletins for your field office to see what dates they are processing currently. I'm sure there are many factors that affect the processing time for each case‚ but you should be able to get an idea when you can expect to have your interview. They will use the processing date of your field office to determine whether or not your case is within normal processing times.

I don't know anything about I-140 as mine was marriage based. I never received a single update on my I-130 until I received the physical mailed approval AFTER I received the notification the Green Card had been ordered.

For the I-485 I think you mean Nov 16‚*2016? If that is the case and your case is from 1/17/2017 then you are still within normal processing time and they will must probably just tell you that. When the date of the cases they are processing is greater than your date‚ then your case is beyond the normal processing time.

Please keep us update. I haven't heard anything on my EAD card yet. Finger cross.
EAD Mailed to me yesterday. Might expecting it to deliver next week. I-130 is approved as well but they haven't sent it yet. So I am not sure I am getting a combo card or no.

I got a 10 year GC. It is a conditional 2 year card if you have been married for less than 2 years (I believe at the time your case is approved). I have been married to my wife for 17 years this past February so we were ever so slightly eligible for LPR status without the conditions.

                • What service center?

What service center are you? I'm at Nebraska and still waiting with PD 01/11/2017. I assume you're not Texas since I believe TX dates have already rolled way past January 1st.

If you're being processed through TX then you'd likely already be done. If you're being processed through Nebraska then it looks like more waiting. I have a PD of exactly 6 months backwards from today, and haven't heard anything re: AOS. Waiting 6 months is a bit crazy, but I don't know that a SR helps if you know the processing times are longer anyway.
