The same. I just called the USCIS for another service request. My PD is 31st of January. The status hasn't changed since my case was received. I was told that I should get something in the mail in 5 days. They also said they're really late with all January applicants.

Hey, Thank you for sharing the information. My PD is 31st of January as well and haven't hear anything about my EAD yet. But I got an RFIE before and they received my material on Mar 15th. I am not sure if they will reset the clock from Mar 15th.

Yes. They don't count the waiting time for the additional evidence. I'm waiting until this Friday and then I think I'll start being a little more serious about it.

Just got an update. "New card is being produced". Exactly 92 days. I believe that they're finally moving on with all the cases. The waiting has been really hard. I wish you all good luck.

Hey, I am just wondering did you get an RFIE before? My PD is 31st of Jan but didn't hear anything about EAD. I think it may due to the RFIE I got before delays the process.

No, I didn't get RFE. That's why I don't understand why it's taking so long lol

Thank you everyone I called them on my 90th day and she said I should get an answer in the mail within 5 days. That my my second SR. I also told them I've seen people from February getting theirs earlier then people from January. I would really recommend to make a SR. The last time the lady was really nice and helpful. She also asked me for my alien number which they didn't before. I think that when it's past the 90 days they try harder. I really wish you all good luck. For me it's been really hard to wait.

Today is my 97th day. Haven't received any update on my EAD. Did service request, officer assigned to my case but nothing happened. Tomorrow I have an infopass appointment so I am going there. My PD is Sept 26th 16 because i sent my I 130 first and later AOS documents along with EAD and AP. Got an RFE and submitted it on time. I called USCIS and officer told me that I 765 and I 485 are seperate forms and different departments deal with it so RFE doesn't apply on I 765 and I hope she is right. I will ask for expedite EAD tomorrow. let's see what will happen

                    • I just called for the 2nd time (first time was on 4/10 - Day 83) and all I got was a note on 4/13 on my case saying the inquiry had been assigned to an officer a response sent and the inquiry closed. Today I got told that according to the latest bulletin they are processing cases as of December 3rd and therefore my case is well within the normal processing time (it is now day 106 and my PD is 1/17). According to the lady I spoke to the 90 day processing time is no longer valid for processing as of January this year. She basically said you just have to wait. I have not received any RFE that would have caused a delay.

Hi! My case is very similar to yours, my PD is on 1/26. I have raised SR on Day 78, 4/14 my I-765 case has assigned to an officer. I also made call to the customer service yesterday, i hate to say this, but it's pretty pointless because what they know is exactly what you can find from log in your Account... They know nothing more than you. The lady I spoke to probably wanna end the phone conversation so bad, she kept telling me, just wait till May 15th, they will have new processing time updates online. Just wait. Best Luck! I hope soon we will update for the EAD good news here! Praying

Congrats!!!!! I'm sure no other people will understand how torture it feels more than January Filers.. (My PD 1/26) hahaha... I've had SR on Day 78, it's been Day 95 for me, still haven't heard anything yet. Never had any RFE, I even went to InfoPass 2 weeks ago to check out if there's anything else going on... Nothing! It sucks that we paid so much more right after Dec 22, 2016 for the application fees, and dang it, the process is so much longer than before due to many many more applicants. I have travel plan in end of June, with this abnormal processing schedule lately, this is freaking me out. Best Luck to everyone here on the same January boat, i like how people help each other and answer questions or updates Keep praying for the best people!!!! FAITH!!!!

But we have witnessed so many approvals here who submitted their AOS documents to January. Why this normal processing time rule is applying to us only? It is so stressful we can't even do anything

My PD on I130 is sept 26 16. I submitted my AOS documents on 25th January and PD on my I797 is same as my I 130 date i-e 26 sept 2016.
Last month processing time was 29th Dec, this month it is 3rd jan. means they only processed cases for 5 days?

I know!!!!I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw their updates on April 18th 2017. Because one month, they only processed from Nov 29th --> Dec 3rd!!!!!!

I'm getting nervous too, found out some Feb, even Mar filers have more progress than we do... I never get any RFE, why does it take so freaking long without any little updates..
Day 95, the status online looks exactly the same, what a great customer service with really expensive application fee. I felt like I'm just married a US citizen, not a criminal, why would I be restricted and not allowing to travel or visit home country. I've never heard this kind of rule in other countries, and this process is super long. Can't apply Social security number, can't apply credit card, no trouble filing my husband's tax last month(because I don't have SSN, and it takes 2 months to get a ITIN #)

If I didn't spend so much time research Driver's License rule myself, I would be fooled by DMV staffs too. Usually people in the office they don't know much rules about immigration status, they would just tell you No! no this, no that Until you have GREEN CARD! I had to talk to the 4th person in DMV who finally knew the rule. very frustrating!! Luckily I found if you have 797C receipt, you can take written test and driving test. Awwww... It's been so long to you, wish you have had applied 130, 485 back in Sept. Best Luck to you!!!

It is what it is. Some cases are processed faster than others for whatever reason. They publish dates in their monthly bulletins that are used as the guide for whether or not your case is within normal processing time. If your date is after that date‚ then you are within normal processing time. Is it frustrating‚ sure it is. But like I said it is what it is‚ it's really just a waiting game at this point. Hopefully our cases get processed sooner than later.
