i10 ,i485 filling

sent application for my wife i130 together with i485 and i765 last january 18,2017.its been 3 weeks and we dont recieved anything.payment still not deducted on my account..

im a usc.me and my wife got married last dec 28,2016.last january 18,we sent i130,i1485 together with i765.now,its already 3 weeks and we dont get deducted from my account.we sent 2 checks amounting to $1675 for i130 and 1485..

It takes a while; 3 weeks isn't too long. Did you put a G-1145 on top so that they would give you SMS and/or email notification when they received it?

But it should have been $535 for I-130 and $1225 for I-485 for a total of $1760.

If you sent the wrong amount of fees, most likely you will get all your papers back due to incorrect amount you put on the checks
It usually takes 3/4 weeks to get all your files back
That's why you don't see any moves on your bank account
You cannot send just an extra check with the rest of the fees
Wait while you'll get everything back,make new checks with the right amount and send it back to USCIS

we got back the package after a month.already sent it back,and after a week we got an rfe..we sent back all requested documents.she will be doing her biometrics on march 22.thank you!
