Got an interview date.need help!!!

Filed for adjustment of status July 20th and case received July 26 2016
Received rfe September
Evidence received november 10
February 8 interview is scheduled
I haven't gotten any work permit yet,and also I need advice about what documents to take for the interview.

You not got to need work permit once the interview is approved. So yo ustill on the right track. On what basis did you receive the RFE and where is your field office if you can tell pls

Rfe was based on affidavit of support
Idk the field office because I haven't gotten the paper In the mail yet I saw it on the app and it doesn't give much details but I filed from Daytona beach FL,also do I have to take pictures and other stuff to the interview?

Closest field office to me is Jacksonville FL or Orlando FL

Take every possible docements along Mr. You never can tell what is gonna be asked so to be in a safer side is to super prepare. Picture album is needed incase of necessity and other stuffs you could think of.

Hi again,good evening,I received my interview letter today and it says In the instruction to bring form i864(unless submitted already) which is the affidavit of support,tho I have submitted since November 10 so do I take copies of same submitted i864 for the interview?or is it that the i864 which was received nov 10 wasn't accepted?

Nope.it was accepted. But you are even fortunat we to have been told to bring it along again and it was not after you got to the interview they ask about it and which could delay the approval. So all you just need to do now is to get the I 864 filled out again by the petioner or the joint sponsor too if there is one. And don't forget to go with every necessary documents please.

Today I received another update saying appeal was approved,the appellate authority approved your appeal and mailed you a decision,I do not know what this means,it went from your interview was scheduled to appeal was approved

Have you went for the interview at all and what happend during the interview? Or you filed for any appeal initially? We need to know the root.

But regardless, approved as a word would usually be a postI've thing. So be happy
