Hey Guys,
I'm in need of some help regarding my I-485 adjustment of status.
Considering I am an A2 Dependent, (unmarried child under 21) - When my fiance and I get married (a US citizen), do I lose my A2 Dependent status? (no longer an "unmarried child"). When applying, an A2 visa holder is required to file I-508 and I-566 to waive rights and change status along with their I-485 and I-130 package. However, what would I do, considering that I am a dependent, who would have lost his status? (would I?) Do I still file as an A2 and submit the I-566 along with my package?
Also, is a Department of State provided "PID" a 9 or 10 digit number?
