  • Help! USCIS transferred my case to CSC instead NSC or TSC

    First post here...

My PD is current and I-140 is approved in EB-1A. I submitted my packet to NSC. Today, I saw the status online where they transferred the case to California service center. AFAIK, CSC does not process EB-1A petitions for primary candidates. Maybe for family or dependents.

Is it normal? If this is an error on part of USCIS, how can I rectify right away? Thanks!

it's normal for USCIS to transfer cases from 1 center to another, they do this all the time
if you doubt it, call them and ask to make sure
