Is it too late to submit 1-131 (ap) and will i have to pay?

Hello everyone,

i already submitted my aos package. I am from new york and at this time i heard they are experiencing a back log so i might not get i485 interview until may/june 2017***

my question is, can i still submit 1-131 now? And will i have to pay for it?

How do i go about doing that?

As long as I-485 doesn't get denied, you shouldn't have any problems.
