Quick question!
I am currently on an OPT EAD. Sent off my green card application, but incorrect filing fee (urgh! dont know what i was thinking), so waiting for it to be sent back. Will then re-submit my whole application (although i-130 has been accepted and is being processed at Texas - even though I live in Boston....?) with correct fee.
But because of this, my application will be delayed, and worried i wont get new EAD by time my current one expires (5/31). But hoping the EAD 180 day extension applies to me? Fingers crossed https://www.uscis.gov/working-united...-ead-extension
