Form i-765 concurrent filling.

Do I have to pay separately for form I-765 if I filling concurrently with form i-130, i-485 and form i-131? I heard there has been a change starting this January 2017. Can anyone who has filled this year please advise me?

I-765 for EAD and I-131 for AP are free for AOS applicants. There is no change.

Yes. I believe you file it with the same lockbox you filed I-485 with.
