Is it correct if I select answer b? My Spouse or parent applied for adjustment of status or was granted...

It sounds weird cause I am applying for adjustment of status right now... My husband is american and I am brazilian holding B1-B2 visa, and we were never fioncess...

I came to the US with a tourist visa, got married and I am applying for a greencard... it looks like none of the letters describes my case.

i485 B1/B2 Tourist Visa

Hi im from Mexico, and enter to this country with your same kind of Visa, i have applied for adjustment of status past September, and the right answer is letter A(An immigrant petition giving me an immediate available immigrant visa ) .....
